When’s the next course?

We are currently considering applications for our next intakes of the 4-module course, starting in January 2025 at Eskmills, Musselburgh. This course will run on Thursday evenings for 15 months and will run in line with the Edinburgh schools holiday calendar. Dates for Modules 1 & 2 are here.

Selection for a place on these courses will continue from October to December.

Subject to demand we may also run a course starting in the Spring of 2025. Register interest for that by using the Contact Us form.

How much does it cost?

The current fee for the COSCA course is £375 per module (payment plans available).

How do I apply?

1. Fill out the application form/email us.

2. You will then be contacted by one of the tutor team and we will ask you to produce a short reflective piece of writing following guidelines we will provide you with.

3. From there you may be invited to the final stage of the application process: a group selection meeting/event.

As well as 1-1 tutorial sessions with their tutors, Flourish students can access support from our in-house study support professional, Alison.

A Flourish Update - One Year On!

We are delighted to let you know that Flourish’s COSCA Counselling Skills courses have been successfully established in various locations across Edinburgh.

2 new groups have started at the end of August ‘24, one in the north-east of Edinburgh, one in the south-west of the city.

Flourish is delighted to have our first students who’ve completed their COSCA Certificate training with us and we’re planning to celebrate their achievements with a Certificate presentation event soon!
